Message from Elsa:

I have at last received the menu, below, and prices for our Social lunch at the Severn Arms Hotel on Friday 22nd November, 12 for 12.30pm. If you would like to come, please let me know ASAP so I can book you in. Things have changed a bit since last year. They now require a £10 deposit per person to book a place, so please send that to me. I have already paid for 20 places, and I will increase that if numbers go up. You can pay me by cheque (made out to Elsa Harflett), or by BACS payment. If you would like to do the BACS payment, let me know and I’ll send my details to you separately.

I need to have your menu choices and dietary requirements by Saturday 16th November. I have negotiated for everyone to pay the remaining price on the day of the meal to the hotel. As with most hotels nowadays, if you cancel within 5 days of the meal (i.e. after Sunday 17th) you will be expected to pay the full amount.

When booking, please tell me your name and your choice from the menu, plus the name and menu choice for each person you are booking for. E.g. please don’t put  2 people: 1 pie, 1 chicken, 1 cheesecake and 1 brownie, I need to know which person is ordering which meal! Thanks. The menu and price list is at the end of the email.
